To be honest I was very sketched out by this website but after looking through their Instagram and tags, I decided to place an order in and risk it. Customer service is great. I placed in my order but accidentally paid in usd currency and asked them to cancel my order so I can place a the same one in Canadian currency, and they gave me a full refund. After the refund, which I contacted immediately after placing my order as I realized, I started to trust this company as they gave me my full refund. The dress took 3 weeks. First week was mainly them creating the dress and packaging the item, second week is shipping and third week was when the dress was shipped. Took that whole 3rd week to be delivered. I picked regular shipping and after receiving the dress, it looks amazing. The quality is great and in between the silk fabric has this foam fabric which helps keep the dress bottom part retain its shape and flow nicely as you walk. I am quite short (5ft) so I recommend you guys customizing it for your fit and height so you don’t have to waste time tailoring after receiving the dress<3 the dress looks exactly like the photo and I got mine in red. Keep in mind it is very long lol. I gave this a 5star as everything came in perfect and they also responded to my message along with giving me a full refund and allowing me to place the same order in paying in a diff currency
