Even though, I experienced some issues with the dress and it did not fit me properly, after my review, I was contacted by one of the representatives. I was pleasantly surprised with the kind of excellent customer service I was provided with. The response was very prompt, professional, understanding, and straight to the point. I'm giving five stars for the customer service I have received.

The entire process was seamless - ordering, customer service and shipping. The dress looks amazing with true to colour, great quality and packaging. The only reason I rated 4 stars are because I had to pay unexpected custom charges and the dress length seemed shorter. I don't wear a lot of heels.

The dress came in the other day - It's awesome! I ordered a custom size and it fits near perfectly. The color is exactly as pictured. Looking forward to wearing it!
